I'm surprised to see so many positive reviews, but maybe things have changed over time. When I went there a year ago (or so) a salesperson had me in the office and took down my information and then just abandoned me. I sat in the office while watching her talk to another salesperson in the main entrance. I waited patiently over a half hour for her to return and got tired of that and walked out. BOTH salespeople saw me leave and did not try to stop me. I never even received a phone call from them trying to explain.
