The staff (especially Skip the owner) were the most honest, friendly and easy to work with of all the jewelry stores in the area we visited by far. They also consistently went out of there way to make finding the right ring as easy as possible; including shipping stones directly to the store to compare one another, searching for stones of the best quality within my price point through their vendor , and most importantly, they did me a great favor by finishing the custom setting in short notice so I could present it on a special occasion. In short, Van Horns was the only jeweler we visited where we truly felt they had your best interest in mind throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend.
