Renting a unit was a very positive experience. They have desirable indoor climate-controlled units as well as outdoor ones. The manager was very helpful.
Very Very POOR...The manager Sue Brady tells people that they leave garbage in the storage unit so that she doesn't have to give the deposit back!!!! When requesting the owners information she will not give it to you!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM Do not rent from them!
Very helpful office answered questions and found me the right storage for my needs.
It is impossible to get anyone to answer the telephone at any of the three locations. I have tried during their regular business hours (which they must think they work at a bank, part time at that). Their office hours are horrible and definitely not for people that work a normal job. They never notified their renters that the name was changing or that they sold the business. I found out when I called multiple times and continuously got an answering machine. I did leave multiple messages and never received a response back. I would not recommend this storage company at any of its locations. They can not be reached by telephone and are only in the office when they want to be, which is not often!
