Super friendly owner who also runs the store. He will order things special for you and isn't pushy. Loves to see the pet visitors who come in. :)
I am a rep for a pet product company. And when I called to introduce him to the product, he kept cutting me off and saying he had clients in the store. (And I totally understand that, I've worked in retailing!) I was not pushy AT ALL! I then asked, "Is there a better time to call? (Trying to be courteous!) and he just hung up on me. I get sales calls too, and I understand when you have to deal with a customer, but you could always say, "Can you call back later?"( Instead of hanging up). The owner is also applying for membership in our local kennel club that I am a member of, and I was also very interested in knowing more about his store, and its produtcs for myself! But that really turned me off. The courtesy to a person calling who is a club member that you are wanting to join, would just be "nice." (And I did say I was a member of that club when I called) I don't care if he wanted my product or not...just kind, courtesy is all.)
There is nothing more you could possibly want for your dog, than what they have here. The owner/clerk is super knowledgeable and prices, I felt were much lower than I expected! Plus you are invited to bring in your own dog so he can select his own treats! You should go here. Specialty dog foods are very competitively priced.
Awesome place too go..my first visit was outstanding n Brett was so helpful n prices are good will definitely be back from know on if local shopping is what you in for then this is the place to go for your four legged friends
